Linens and towels are included in the price.  Taxes, cleaning, water and electricity are paid by us.

We require a 30% deposit to secure a booking, with the balance due eight weeks before the holiday commences.  Payment is usually by electronic transfer.

This property is also listed on VRBO and AirBnB.  Going directly through us is much cheaper because those sites charge a commission to both renter and owner.  If, however, you would prefer to book through those sites, that is perfectly acceptable.
